Mange Pineapple Sorbet


  • Mango (medium-sized) - 3 pieces
  • Pineapple (medium-sized) - 1/2 piece
  • Syrup - 120ml
  • Lime juice - Few


 1. Cut the mango and pineapple into small pieces.
 2. Add syrup and lime juice.
 3. Stir until the ingredients turn into puree.
 4. Sieve the puree to remove pulp fiber.
 5. Put the puree in the refrigerator for 2 hours or above.
 6. Cuisinart's Commercial Quality Ice Cream & Gelato Maker does not require pre-freeze and can be used immediately.
 7. Insert the ice cream paddle.
 8. Pour the puree into the ice cream machine.
 9. Cover the lid.
10. Press the switch and set timer for 60 minutes, then press the start button.
11. When the sorbet is formed, the ice cream machine will automatically switch to the 10-min freezing mode to prevent fhe sorbet from melting.
12. Put the sorbet into a container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
