Watermelon Strawberry Gelato


  • Watermelon (medium-sized) - 1/2 piece
  • Strawberries (medium-sized) - 15 to 20 pieces
  • Coconut Milk - 240ml
  • Sugar - 200g
  • Lime juice - Few
  • Chocolate chips - Few


 1. Mixture coconut milk, lime juice, and sugar into a pot.
 2. Heating with medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
 3. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
 4. Cut the watermelon and strawberries into small pieces.
 5. Put the watermelon, strawberries, and coconut milk mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
 6. Cuisinart's Commercial Quality Ice Cream & Gelato Maker does not require pre-freeze and can be used immediately.
 7. Insert the ice cream paddle.
 8. Pour the watermelon and strawberry mixture into the ice cream machine.
 9. Cover the lid.
10. Press the switch and set timer for 60 minutes, then press the start button.
11. When the ice cream begins to thicken, add chocolate chips as "watermelon seeds".
12. Put the ice cream into a container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
