The HEAD Multifunctional Adjustable Dumbbell Set is a combination of dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, which are three retraining tools.
You can switch between three different training modes according to your personal training needs.
- Dumbbell mode︰The adjustable weight is 1.5 – 18kg, which can be used for shoulder press or bench press.
- Barbell mode︰Barbell connects on both sides weight plates, adjustable weight is 2 - 19kg, it is suitable for barbell deadlifts.
- Kettlebell mode︰Install the kettlebell handle on the weight plates on one side, and the adjustable weight is 1-10kg. When using the kettlebell for fitness training, you can do various trainings such as pushing, lifting, throwing and squatting jumps that trains the whole body effectively.
