How to join?

During the promotion period, simply open the SOGO Rewards mobile app, go to the “Lucky Draw” page under SOGO Kai Tak Store, select the "SOGO Kai Tak Store’s 1st Anniversary USCA Presentation Lucky Draw", and press “Participate” to register for the lucky draw. Each member needs to register only once during the whole promotion period. Each member can obtain a maximum of 5 electronic entries per day, with a maximum accumulation of 140 entries during the promotion period.

Terms and Conditions:

1. From November 10 to December 7, 2025, SOGO Rewards members who spend every $1,000 in a single net purchase at SOGO Kai Tak Store (excluding SOGO Gift Certificates) may press “Participate” once on the “Lucky Draw” page in the SOGO Rewards app to receive one electronic entry for the "SOGO Kai Tak Store’s 1st Anniversary USCA Presentation Lucky Draw".
2. Members only need to click 'Participate' once on the relevant lucky draw event page within the SOGO Rewards mobile app during the promotion period to earn lucky draw chances based on their spending.
3. Each member can obtain a maximum of 5 electronic entries per day, with a maximum accumulation of 140 entries during the promotion period.
4. Each member may win a maximum of one Redemption eCoupon, redeemable for 2 tickets to the 《PURDORI presents Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2025》. A total of 140 prizes are available.
5. Members must provide their SOGO Rewards membership number to SOGO staff before payment to qualify for entries via the SOGO Rewards mobile app. Members must update the SOGO Rewards mobile app and their device’s operating system to the latest versions to participate. No retrospective entries will be accepted.
6. SOGO will draw 140 winners on December 12, 2025. The winner list will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on December 19, 2025.
7. Within 7 working days after the winner announcement, winners will receive an SMS or push notification via the SOGO Rewards app. The SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided during participation. To ensure receipt of notifications, winners must enable SMS and push notifications from SOGO on their device and app.
8. Upon winning the draw, the Redemption eCoupon will be automatically credited to the winner’s account and can be viewed in the “Wallet” section of the app.
9. Members must log into their SOGO Rewards account via the mobile app or WeChat Mini Program and present the QR code of the Redemption eCoupon to SOGO staff for verification and redemption.
10. All records displayed on the SOGO Rewards membership system terminal shall prevail, and participants may not raise objections.
11. The Redemption eCoupon will specify prize collection details. Winners must redeem the tickets on the designated date and time. Late redemption will be forfeited with no replacement.
12. The 《PURDORI presents Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2025》will be held on January 1, 2026.
13. Transactions that are cancelled or refunded are ineligible for the lucky draw. If prizes have already been issued, SOGO reserves the right to reclaim them.
14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items. Seat allocation is random, with no guarantee of adjacent or connected seats.
15. SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited is not the event organizer and assumes no responsibility for the arrangements of the event. SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited shall not be liable for any compensation due to changes in the event. In case of cancellation, shortening, or rescheduling due to force majeure, the announcement by Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Co., Ltd. shall prevail.
