The Head H7025U Exercise Bike is the ideal piece of fitness equipment for those who want a home workout with all of the best features. It provides an extra smooth cycling motion while the hand or wireless pulse receivers monitor your heart rate. Everything is easily controlled through the bright, easy to use LCD screen including viewing your vital workout stats including time, distance, speed or total number of calories burnt.
Added features such as the adjustable saddle and footstraps ensure you have an enjoyable, comfortable and efficient workout. Cycling is seen as a great workout for a number of different muscles including the glutes, hamstrings and quads.
