The “Dashijie” brand which offers gourmet products was established in 2009 under the encouragement of her mentor and teacher the late Mrs. Pearl Chan. The gourmet brand offers a range of Chinese New Year Cakes, Mooncakes, sauces and other fine foods strictly abiding to the motto of using the finest ingredients (regardless of cost) according to traditional recipes, with no additives and made in Hong Kong. All products are handcrafted according to traditional methods with no corners cut, resulting in a truly epicurean experience. Among her many celebrated products, she is famed for the “Ultimate Radish Cake in town”, “Best Water Chestnut Cake” and “Finest Mooncakes”.
