YOKU MOKU has been making delicious cookies for over 40 years in Japan. Our confectionery has always been one of the must-buy souvenirs when travelling to Japan. Mr. Noriichi Fujinawa, founder of YOKU MOKU, believes that “Making confectionery is a creation, not a production”, each Cigare of YOKU MOKU is made with its “Golden Balance”. The main ingredient of its classic signature product “Cigare” is Hokkaido butter, coupled with the perfect compounding ratio of egg white, sugar and flour. Cigare is rolled into cylindrical shape, which makes it rich in flavor and light in texture, tasting the freshness and harmony of the ingredients.
