訂單成功付款後，系統隨即會發送訂單確認電郵並附有取貨編號及取貨日期到您登記的電郵地址。而訂購品通常可於訂購日起4個工作天內^送抵指定崇光百貨店。取貨時需出示取貨編號。

中國內地送貨服務

只適用於指定化妝護膚品牌、童嬰用品及其他指定商品，詳情請參閱個別商品版面。

當崇光確認收取相關運費後，我們會於3個工作天內以電郵通知有關順豐速運運單號。屆時，顧客須於5天內到順豐速運網站，輸入運單號，上傳收件人的身份證正面及反面，以便完成清關手續。

清關完成後，順豐速運會在派件前聯絡顧客並要求繳交稅金。客人需要自行向順豐速運支付相關13%-50%稅率，實際金額以中國海關最後審核為準。稅金收妥後，順豐速運便會派件。
